Management Process : For major jobs, we prepare detailed Gantt charts. We work closely with our staff, vendors and client to identify key responsibilities, deliverables and timing. We also identify key risk points and, accordingly, allocate sufficient resources to ensure that these task are performed correctly, in a timely manner.
