Initially, we brainstorm all the given parameters and begin to flush out, in very rough
form, how the project should take shape. A series of quick sketches are produced and analyzed. With over 125
years of collective industry experience, we evaluate these creative concepts based on aesthetic presence,
efficient functionality, and cost-effective methods of production. We keep you involved every step of the way.
Mock-ups are produced, when called for, to assist you in the decision-making process.
Specification Process :
The next step involves the building of a 3D computer model to ensure that all
measurements and relationships are correct, and that every aspect of the design will function as specified.
Blueprints are drafted with all the requisite information, namely, material call outs, measurements, tolerances,
bend ratios and graphics. By communicating the specifications to our suppliers in this manner, we minimize the
risk of miscommunication and ensure timely and proper production results. Once this is completed and depending
on the complexity of the display, we will build a prototype for final approval.

ASA's design team is well-versed in all areas of fabrication including wood, metal, tubing,
wire, vacuum forming, rotational molding, injecting molding, extrusions, heat bending, welding, stamping, cold
forming, printing, laminating and die cutting as well as all machine shop practices.
